Most employers use urinalysis for drug testing, and this may be behind the rising demand for synthetic urine in recent years. However, proper usage of the product is a must for success.
Importance of Keeping Synthetic Urine Warm
As initial drug screening often does not include checking a sample’s validity, the testing staff merely checks the submitted specimen’s temperature as a way of ensuring that it hasn’t been substituted. Human urine is warm by nature, which means your synthetic urine sample should also be warm, or the testing staff may decline it, believing it’s fake. Of course, when you get caught, you’ll be in trouble, so being careful is not an option but a necessity.
Normal Human Urine Temperature
Normal human urine temperature is about 94F to 96F warm. The staff usually records the temperature of a drug test sample within 4 minutes of receiving it, knowing that ambient temperature can cause changes in it. The acceptable range is between 90F to 100F; if the sample falls outside of this, it is automatically considered suspicious.
Warming Synthetic Urine
The following are common methods of bringing synthetic urine up to temperature:
Microwaving synthetic urine is by far the simplest way to warm it up enough. Just put the container inside a microwave and let it stay for around 10 seconds. To know if the sample is usable, use a temperature strip. Note that excessive heat will destroy it, so make sure not to leave it inside for too long. Even after cooling, the properties of natural human urine can never be restored in the sample.
Hand warmers are very handy and available anytime, and they’re a more practical alternative to the microwave. You can just pour the liquid into a tiny container or a sealed bag and wrap it with the handwarmer using a tape or elastic band. Not all hand warmers work the way however. Buy one that maintains heat in the 90F to 100F range for as long as necessary.
At the end of the day, you may only have to rely on your own body to keep synthetic urine warm. Once the sample is in a sealed plastic bag, put it between your inner thighs or inside your undies. Some women will put it in their bras or under their armpits.
Practice Makes Perfect
Lastly, make it a point to practice your moves before going in for testing. You have to know exactly what you should do and how you should do it, so you don’t draw attention to yourself and raise suspicion. More practice means you will be more relaxed during the testing, instead of being all anxious and fidgety.
